"No other organization in Phoenix is providing exactly the services provided by PCM: bringing music directly to students in their own communities (schools, neighborhoods, community centers) rather than requiring students to come to them; providing a wide range of offerings, from world music classes to learning-English-through-music/movement, private vocal and instrumental lessons.
